Terms and conditions

These draft terms are for a travel consultation and itinerary-planning website. They should be reviewed by a qualified professional before launch.

Service scope

Ceyntra provides online Sri Lanka travel consultations, itinerary reviews and personalised itinerary documents. The service does not currently include hotel booking, transport booking, ticket booking, tour operation, emergency travel support or collection of tour deposits.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, flight details and final supplier terms. The itinerary is planning advice and does not guarantee availability, weather, wildlife sightings or supplier pricing.

Order review and payment

Customers must be shown the selected service, total price, delivery period, language, cancellation terms and exclusions before confirming payment. Card payments should be processed only by a secure hosted payment provider.

Intellectual property

Itinerary previews, guide articles and personalised documents must be original and must not copy programmes or descriptions from another employer or travel company.
